Japanese Woodblock Print Koson Early Watanabe Early edition Koson Japanese Woodblock. Titled White Herons & Willow. 15" tall by 10" wide. Bears a early 1930s Watanabe Seal. Wonderful image of 2 heron flying amidst willows. Condition is good with no tears & no trimmed margins. There is a mat line, some toning, a pinhole above the top bird & some very mild foxing mostly between the birds all visible in our picture. |
