This is a genuine original Japanese woodblock print by great shin-hanga artist Gihachiro Okuyama (1907-1981) titled "A Greate Image of Buddha in Kamakura ". This print is probably the most famous from Gihachiro Okuyama works, first edition published by Kyoto Hanga-In, Shinagawa publishers in 1950. The print is not trimmed, has full margins. Great impression, good color and registration. Signed and sealed by artist in the image and titled in kanji at the left margin. Oban size 16 1/4" x 11 1/2".

This is a Japanese woodblock print by Gihachiro. It was published in Kyoto. It is in very good condition. It is titled "The Great Buddha at Kamakura". The image measures 15 3/8 x 10 5/8".

Condition- Good, no toning, small paper remnants on back from previous framing.
