This is a genuine original shin hanga Japanese woodblock print by Tsuchiya Koitsu (1870-1949). The print is published by Doi Hangaten, carver is Harada, printer is Yokoi. The print is signed and sealed in the image.
The print is in fine condition. Excellent impression, excellent color, excellent registration, and good bleedthrough. No foxing, toning, folds or creases. The print is not trimmed or setdown. Print size is 7.5" x 15.25".
Eagle by Tsuchiya Koitsu. Genuine woodblock print. Fine color, condition and impression. Good ink bleed through on medium weight washi. 15.5 x 7.6 inches. Koitsu characters and red shin seal in lower right of image. Doi seal, Harada carver's seal and Yokoi printer's seal in left margin. Doi watermark in upper left corner.
