Artist Bio: 
Kiyohiko was born in Aichi Prefecture and was a student of the famous artist Kaburagi Kiyokata, suggesting he was active circa 1920s/30s/40s. Specialized in portraiture. Committee member of the Former Art Association, six selections for the Former Art Association exhibitions, one silver medal, three selections for the Nihon Gain Institute. Works purchased by the Takamatsu Imperial Family. Biographical information was taken from the Art Yearbook, 1985 (Kosaisha).
