	Notes (first edition)?:	Thanks to Andrew for this database entry. Here is another example of the Terauchi Jr signature on a watercolor. According to some writing on the back, the title is "Inland Sea of Japan", and it appears to have been sold for $1.00. The painting is small, around 9.5x5 inches (image), and was also sold by H. Takemura & Co. In fact, the wooden backing of your example looks very much like that from this one. The Takemura reference almost certainly puts it pre-war, but there is nothing that can be dated more precisely than that.
