Hello Dr Walker,

I hope you don't mind me contacting you, but I have recently purchased this rather nice watercolour painting and know no Japanese. I was hoping to identify the artist and date of the painting.
The light levels were low when I took the photos, it is actually a bit brighter in the flesh.
I hope you like it and really appreciate if you are able to take the time out to look at this.
