Real name is Eishun.
1967
After graduated from Meguro 3rd Juior High and Meguro High School, began paintings under Masataka Oyabu, a painter and a professor emeritus at Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music, advised by granduncle Sanzo Wada, a painter and a member of The Japan Art Academy
1974
Graduated from Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music with a degree in design.
Had the first personal exhibition
1975
Married Yuki Katano. Had two girls and a boy
1977
Became a part-time teacher in the Faculty of Arts, Tokai University (- 1980)
Became a Buddist monk, stopped painting (- 1981)
1981

出生地は京都市だが出身・本籍地は先祖代々の地である群馬県伊勢崎市境
本名瑩俊
1967年
目黒第3中学校・都立目黒高校を卒業し、大伯父和田三造（1967年没・洋画・芸術院会員）の進めにより東京藝術大学工芸科デザイン専攻を受験することになり大藪雅孝（洋画家・東京藝術大学名誉教授）に師事し有元利夫（1960年没・洋画家））・箕浦昇一（洋画家・東京藝術大学デザイン科教授）・逢坂卓郎（美術家・筑波大学人間科学総合研究科教授）・宮廻正明（日本画家・院展同人・東京藝術大学保存学部教授）らと共にデッサン等基礎を学ぶ
1974年
東京芸術大学美術学部工芸科デザイン専攻を卒業し日本橋高島屋宣伝部にデザイナーとして勤務する。この年銀座画廊にて始めての個展を開催(1975・1976）し、雅号を卿とする。出品作品は人物をテーマとしたやや抽象的なもだった
1975年
大藪雅孝夫妻の仲人により片野侑希と結婚し2女1男を授かる
1977年
東海大学教養学部美術科非常勤講師に就任（〜1980）
出家得度して日蓮宗僧侶となり、制作を中断して修行に専念する（〜1981年）
1981年
小田原女子短期大学非常勤講師に就任（〜1985年）
澁澤卿展（銀座みゆき画廊）開催。このときより花、風景など具象的作品を発表する
1982年
はじめて中国各地を旅する
