Shigesaburo Ishida Japanese Watercolor Painting of a Boat on a River

Beautiful watercolor painting of a boat on a lake or river with bright red leaves on trees and a mountain in the distance. Painted by Japanese watercolorist Shigesaburo Ishida (1888-1960). Judging from the frame I would say this was painted in the early 20th century. Signed S. Ishida in LR.

Measures 6 1/2" h x 19 1/2" wide. In very good condition with some buckling to paper and a few dings to the carved wooden frame. Gorgeous!
