Oda Tomiya was a popular magazine and newspaper illustrator of the Taisho era. However, only three Tomiya "bijin-ga" woodblock prints are known to have been published, two via Osaka Woodblock Print Company and one via the publisher Adachi. All three of these prints are rarely seen on the market nowadays. He is rumoured to have published one other woodblock print scene called "Yusuzumi" (Evening Cool) via a private publisher, however I have to this date not seen even a single example of this print. Yusuzumi is mentioned in this note from a Hanga-do document ( http://www.hanga-do.com/img/Hangadomeiran104.pdf ):
版画は、刊年不明だが昭和初期頃（昭和 9 年頃）と 思われる木版画《夕涼み》（白耀社版）、《七月 夕べ》《八 月 すきや》（大阪木版社版）などの美人画の制作がある。
Yusuzumi is the act of enjoying the summer evening while cooling off outdoors at dusk after a hot summer day, or when the heat of the day has subsided.
小田富弥は、北野恒富に日本画をまなび、大正末期より
挿絵界を描くようになりました。時代小説、
とくに股旅(またたび)もので活躍し、岩田専太郎とならぶ
人気画家となります。挿絵に情熱を失い、戦後は紙芝居などを製作。
平成2年1月13日死去。94歳。岡山県出身。
