The following information was taken from the original web listing of this artwork. Note that there may be some inaccuracies:

Up for auction is an original antique Kawase Hasui Japanese woodblock print dating from the early part of the 1900's. Not sure the name of this actual print, but was told this is a very rare and hard to find woodblock print from this artist. Features a street scene, with a temple/shrine and in the rain. Early issue and is marked by an obscure publisher. Signed and marked as seen below. This is an original from this era with great detail and design by this famous artist. Condition is very nice for its age. Has no holes, no tears, no folds, no water damage and one crease in the center of the woodblock print. Some light fauxing around the edges but is nothing major. No tape residue and appears it has never been framed. The color is very nice. No trimmed or cut edges. Woodblock print measures approx. 15 1/2 by 10 1/4 inches.
