Artist: IMOTO TEKIHO (Born- 1909)

Medium: Woodblock Print

Signed/Sealed: Signed in kanji, Sealed with a red Tekiho seal

Image Size: 10 1/4 X 15 1/2 inches

Condition: Very Good, Light generlized toning, Paper fold top middle of margin occurred during print drying process.

Comments: This same scene was printed also in a Koban format and in a postcard. Not much is known about Tekiho other than he produced many wonderful Sumi-e charcoal landscape scenes. The title came from a Doi Hangaten Catalog

Artist Bio: 
Born in Oita in 1909 and learned Nanga style landscape drawing under Domoto Insho in Kyoto.
