The following information was taken from the original web listing of this artwork. Note that there may be some inaccuracies:

This is an original watercolor and I know nothing of its history. My mom (75 years old) got it from one of her old friends who also remembers nothing about where it came from. Has something of an Asian look to it I think. So, I guess, just buy it if you know something I don't, or if you just love it. The watercolor paper is yellowed and the back shows marks from tape used to frame it. Signature looks like "Yokouchi".
