This beautiful impressionistic watercolor framed under glass is by noted Japanese artist "Terauchi"and hand signed on the lower left. The colors are wonderful with blooming cherry trees in the foreground. This painting of Mt. Fuji measures 14 ¾" X 21 ¼" including the off-white bamboo type frame.
