Salt Water Maidens

Artist: Harunobu
Format: Chuban tate-e: 11" x 8.25" approx

Subject: Two Heian Court ladies on the beach pretending to be salt water carriers. A charming and elegant design.

Date: 1760's

Condition: Full size. Restorations at 2 corners. Minor soils, marks and flaws. Moderate state.

Colour: Good with some fading

Impression: Very good
