Format: Oban triptych: each sheet: 14" x 9.5" approx.

Subject: To the left Ryofu flees as the gross Totaku falls backwards and Riju hastens to his aid; the Lady Chosen observes from a balcony.

Publisher: Tsuta-ys Kichizo

Date: September 1853

Condition: Fine colors. Very slightly trimmed. Album foldmarks with small paper losses at left edge of centre and right panel. Minor marks, wear and flaws. Generally very good state of preservation.

Impression: Very fine impressions with gauffrage, lacquer and mica.
