Thanks to http://woodblock.com/urushibara/gallery.html for this example. Woodcut has a pencil signature to right hand base of picture i believe it is the signature of Y.Urushibara,a very well respected Japanese artist.

With picture is the original wooden backboard which carries the original printed label ,this reads - A Woodcut By Y.URUSHIBARA. Limited to 150.

Condition of the woodcut is good there is a small puncture hole just inset to edge of left hand top side, this has i believe been caused by a little metal hanging stud to backboard.
All so when picture was in frame their was a card inset frame around picture, this was glued onto the white section of paper this has been removed peeling off some of the surface to white paper, please not none of the paper to the image is damaged apart from the hole to top.

Image is bright and clear no fading.

Size of woodcut image- 20 cm x 30.5 cm.
Size of board - 34.5 cm x 48.5 cm.
