Format: Chuban tate-e: 10.25" x 7.25"

Subject: In the foreground a bijin with a discarded ehon, in the background Hiroshige's famous view of the plain at Hamamatsu with coolies warming themselves around a fire. Another masterpiece of the set.

Publisher: Moriya Jihei

Date: c. 1835

Condition: Fine colors. Very minor wormage. A small crease top right corner. Very slightly soiled and rubbed. A tiny edge damage at base. Album binding holes along top edge. Traces of a previous mounting at top edge on verso. Generally very good

Impression: Very fine impression of the first edition.
