Original Japanese woodblock print circa 1961. Edition 57 of 200 in left margin. Exceedingly nice details including gold inks and deep embossing on inner kimono. Very nice
	Artist Bio:	日本画家。名は徳重。兵庫県生。幼少より絵画・文学を好み、上京して鏑木清方に師事。美人画家として伊東深水と並び称され、そのはんなりとした姿体の中に静寂と密度をもって女性の情念の深さを表わし、文展・帝展に活躍した。また奥村土牛・山口華楊らと九皐会に参加。戦後は、日展審査員・参与を務める。芸術院賞受賞。昭和50年(1975)歿、82才
