Dr. Walker,
I am wondering if you can confirm if the attached print is by M. Matsu. Frankly, I cannot tell if it is a watercolor or a woodblock print. Any information you care to share will be greatly appreciated. This item was acquired by my great aunt during a trip to Japan in the late 1930s along with a number of Hiroshi Yoshida woodblock prints.
