Original Japanese watercolor on board, signed “S. Tosuke” as near as I can make out. Matted but not framed. Very gentle colors of morning mist. There is a notation on the back which I have not been able to decipher, perhaps an indication that the painting was a graduation gift. Measures about 9.25 x 12.5 (mat opening). Good condition.
