The artworks displayed on JAODB are not for sale

Notes (1st edition)There appears to be several colour variants for this scene, and even a variant with a different title that appears to read "Lake Ashi, Morning" ???(?). In fact, the variant "Morning" print appears to be more common than the "Winter" print.

This print looks unusual. I found it in the 2-volume Hasui catalogue, but the title text is different. The print in the catalogue has the title "?????" (Lake Ashi in Winter) and this print has I think "???(?)" (Lake Ashi, Morning). And a part of the title is in green ink. Perhaps this was a test print?
