Vintage rare woodblock print on Japan paper depicting a stylized head of a blond European woman, the image from the 1930's. Foujita is a famous Modernist and School of Paris French/Japanese artist (1886-1968) who did a number of portrait prints and paintings. This has lovely and sensitive line quality and delicacy. Paper measures 15-1/2" x 11", image only 9-1/2" x 13-1/2", excellent condition except pin holes listed above, stamped signature in block, not laid down, probably never framed.
