A back view of a beauty wearing a rose under-robe with pale blue collar and a rust-red obi while seated on a blue mat turning to look over her right shoulder, she holds a uchiwa fan with a white silhouette of Mt. Fuji against a ground of light blue; the background of the print embellished with light grey baren swirls; dated and signed Showa yonnen shichigatsu Kotondo ga (Showa 4 [1929], 7th month), the title Nagajuban embossed at center bottom margin, publisher's seal Kawaguchi (in katana) at lower right corner, and hori Ito suri, Komatsu, hanken shoyu (carved by Ito, printed by Komatsu, copyright) at lower left, with embossed edition stamp hand numbered on verso, Sanhyaku mai kagiri zeppan nihyaku hachijusan go (300 limited edition, number 283), ca. July 1929

Dated and signed Showa yonen shichigatsu (Showa 4 [1929], 7th month) Kotondo ga, with artist's seal Torii. The title, Nagajuban, embossed at center of lower margin. Published by Kawaguchi and Sakai. The publisher's seal Sakai-Kawaguchi at lower left corner, and again Kawaguchi (in katana) at lower right corner. With embossed edition stamp hand-numbered on verso, San-hyaku mai kagiri zeppan, ni-hyaku sanjuhachi go (300 limited edition, number 238).
