Description From "Genji E-maki" (Scroll of the Tale of Genji), "Wakana". Princess Murasaki-no-ue at the evening of prince Genji and Onna-san-no-miya's wedding.
One of four sheets from the illustration album of the contemporary version of the classic "The Tale of Genji".
