Outstanding 1964 modern Japanese color woodblock print of a girl with a bird by listed Japanese printmaker Shuzo Ikeda (1922-2004). Ikeda taught in the 1940s and 1950s before becoming a fulltime artist and printmaker. He was a member of several printmaking associations including Nihon Hanga Kyokai. Ikeda's work is important collections worldwide.

This print, typical of Ikeda's style and technique, is signed lower right and numbered 35/100 and dated 64. It is inscribed in Japanese lower left. The print measures 15.25" x 11" (image size) and is in good condition. Framed and matted as shown.
