Morning at Beppu

Title: "Beppu no asa" - "Morning in Beppu".
Publisher: Watanabe.
Date: 1922.
Format: Aiban. Approx. 12 x 9 inches.
Condition: Generally Very Good State. Appropriate Seal including the round Watanabe 6mm seal used before the Earthquake destoyed the blocks and most copies, the red seal Hasui used before the earthquake, the rectangular series seal in the left margin (printed in light blue and hard to see in my pic but it is there), and the limitation seal in Kanji on the verso - this is copy number 35. Two marks at the top of the image, otherwise the image is excellent. Mat line in the margin outside of the image.
Color: Fine.
Impression: Very Fine. The people and the boats in the foreground are highly detailed while the ocean, mountain and city in the distant are printed without keyblock lines with bokashi.
