Original Kunisada II (1823 - 1880) Japanese Woodblock Print
Courtesan Arranging Iris
Series; Comparison of Portraits of Beauties

Courtesan Arranging Iris - Lovely image of a courtesan arranging purple iris blossoms in an ornate vase. A young attendant stands beside her, watching her with an eager expression. The beauty smiles happily as she goes about her work. A charming image with a nice decorative border.

Artist - Kunisada II (1823 - 1880)
Image Size - 14 1/4" x 9 5/8"
Condition - With excellent color and detail as shown. A few small holes, repaired, blends well. Creasing throughout, slight soiling, slight fraying at edges. Please see photos for details. Good overall.
