This piece is from the estate of Agnes Towers Baggs who was born in the 1860s in Ireland and traveled the World extensively in her studies before moving to marrying George Baggs and settling in Montana. george was US consul to South Whales and served under US president Harrison. I am not an expert in this field so feel free to ask questions. This print should date prior to the 1920s and is guarenteed authentic. Visible print approx 6" x 14" over all frame measures approx 8" x 16". In original frame under glass. (Flahtery & Kohler, Helena MT) I can not find any records of this art store being in business into the 1930s. Very beautiful piece in nice condition. “Moon from a Harbor
