K-1. Path to Fuji

Path to Fuji by Kakei or Takahashi Shotei. Please see Shotei.com for Marc Kahn's excellent article on Kakei which he is certain is an early name for Shotei. This is print K-1. This is not the same print shown on the sight but another. This is a chuban size print, approx. 9 1/2" x 6 3/8" and probably very early; 1910-20s? This is a rare print but only in fair condition with even toning, some paper loses to the corners, a spot upper right and backed. It is sealed in the lower right corner.

Hi Ross:

I discovered three pre-earthquake Shotei prints
while digging through antique stores this weekend. I
haven't made up my mind whether I will keep them or
sell them, but I asked Marc Kahn about their value (he
gave me some good advice about putting them up for
auction) and I was wondering if you had any thoughts
about these prints which you would like to share,
since I see you have three of these on your impressive
and growing Ohmi Gallery site.
