Children on Stilts in front of Ikaruga Country Homes in Nara Prefecture by Mori Masamoto. Original Japanese woodblock print dated June Showa 26 (1951). Title and date in right margin. Very good condition. Washi toned and a few spots. Fine colors and impression. Strong texture and ink bleedthrough on fine washi. Masamoto characters and artist's seal in lower left of image. Adachi publisher's seal in bottom left margin. Print measures 13.1 x 17.8 inches.

Description "Ikaruga no Minka" Old village houses at Ikaruga, which is known as Horyu-ji Temple village in Nara prefecture. Two children walk on bamboo stilts in front of the walls.
