Entire background is imitation silk material (printed in gauffrage); silver metallic pigments to hairpiece; detailed carving. Artist: Kiyokata (1878-1973) Format: Kuchi-e( approx: 35cmx21,7cm), Conditions: Fine colors and impression . Light toning and slight soiling, as is common in these Kuchi-e pieces. The print is folded vertically (now flattened) as are all kuchi-e prints (because of their use), so this is not a negative. |
