10 1/4 x 15 1/4" print in black, grays, & pale yellows of a building w/ lit windows reflecting on water below, all seen thru. A silhouetted willow tree.

Both side borders (only 1/4" wide) of print have series of Japanese characters near the bottom. There is a dull red circle w/ 2 characters in it @ the bottom left corner of the picture.

Bottom back of print says "Made in Japan" in tiny, purplish type.

The title & artist given above are in pencil handwriting on the (original) matte.
