It is signed and numbered 26/30 and measures 9 1/2 x 13''. It was framed and matted and has a small amount of staining on that back that does not show through to the front. It appears to have been mounted to sturdier paper and I'm not sure if this is how it was intended by the artist or not. Sincerely, PS. The painted area measures 8 1/4 x 11 3/4''. There were two small pieces or tape securing it to the matting on the back. Otherwise, there appears to be none of the other flaws you noted on your website. |
Tuesday, 18 October 2005 Hello Dr. Walker - Are you still interested in Limited Edition Shuzo Ikeda Children prints? I have a boy (17/30) and a girl (20/30), framed. These are from my parent's estate, and look like they were framed in the 70's, in VA, when my family was stationed there. This print of an adorable girl with long hair is signed, and numbered 20/30. The image is done in shades of warm black and greys. Frame is antiqued silver paint on wood - some scuffs as seen in photo. I would be comfortable hanging as is, however - you would definitely not need to replace the frame.
