Description A triptych showing women under a blossoming tree, with Mount Fuji in the background, titled: Picture of cherry blossoms in full bloom at the Sumida Dike (Sumida tsutsumi hanazakari no zu). Published in 1901

Cherry Blossom Viewing

Five Bijin in very colourful kimonos beneath a large flowering cherry tree admiring the blossom and the view of Mount Fuji in the background, two are picking flowers whilst two other folk talk on a nearby pathway.
A genuine Meiji period woodblock triptych.
Format : Oban triptych - Size : 12.8 in x 28 in.

Condition : Good, retains album backing paper, trimmed, minor marks and flaws
