Original Woodblock by Japanese Artist SHIRO KASAMATSU (1898-1981).

Signed, stamped and dated 1962.

Unframed. Not matted.

Dimensions: 37 cm by 24.5 cm plus full margins approx.

Here's a fine original woodblock print by Shiro Kasamatsu (Japanese 1898-1991). This print is of a stylized flute player with a lotus blossom background. The image is nine and a half inches wide, by fourteen and a half inches tall. It is printed on an eleven and a quarter, by sixteen and a half inch sheet. It has the artists signature within the image on the lower right side. There are some Japanese characters in the center of the bottom margin as well as the date 1962, and the edition numbers 122/200. This print is is hinged in it's original presentation mat and it is in fine condition. It has no tears, stains, or other problems
