Subject: An unusual depiction of a Noble Lord's polearm tournament, seen from a bird's-eye view. Mount Fuji in the background. From a series of triptychs portraying elegant passtimes and amusements.

Date: c.1890

Condition: Full size. Retains Japanese album backing paper (uniting center and right sheets). Minor soils, marks and flaws. Generally good state of preservation.
