Artist: Nobukazu (Triptych)
Date: ca.1890
Size/Format: Oban triptych, each sheet 14ins by 9.5ins.
Description: Elegantly attired young ladies prepare to play music whilst a child watches geese fly under a full moon. Binoculars would have been considered an exotic foreign novelty at the time this print was produced.
Series: Setsugekka no Uchi
Condition: Slight overall trimming otherwise very good.
Impression: Very good
ARTIST: Nobukazu.
FORMAT: Oban, Triptych (14 by 28.5 ins)
SERIES: Setsu gekka no Uchi; (Snow, Moon and Flowers).
DATE: 1890.
DESCRIPTION: Ladies playingmusical instruments and a young girl looking at geese flying under the full moon.
PUBLISHER: Unknown.
CONDITION: Slight overall trimming, some minor offset printing, minor marks and flaws, otherwise good impression, colour and condition. Retains Japanese album backing.
