Measures 7 by 15 inches.There is a sort of black sparkly paint on the back top edge and a little on the side edges on the back. I don't know what it is, doesn't show through and to me doesn't detract from this lovely image. A bit of rippling to the top middle of the paper

Colors very good … light colored wash to simulate aged look.
Condition excellent - very good … slight red color bleeding from the seal on the left lower corner.
Description "Secchu no Ume" Pink plum blossoms peek out from the snow covered branches.
Note "Made in Japan" stamped verso. Provenance: Robert O. Muller Estate.

Plum Blossoms in Snow by Hiroaki Takahashi (Shotei). Original woodblock print circa 1930s. Pristine condition, color and impression. Probably the best known copy of this particular print. Never been framed. Retains original colors including the delicate pink blossoms. Good texture and ink bleedthrough. Print measures 15.3 x 6.8 inches.
