This lot is a Kawase Hasui woodblock print. It is called "Morning at Inubo". Paper size is about 15 1/2" by 10 1/4". I believe it is an original. Looks like Mulberry paper - some ink is showing thru. If

DATE: November 1931. DESCRIPTION: Waves pounding against the rocks, Kurosai, Boshu. PUBLISHER: Watanabe. CONDITION: Two pin-holes to left margin, minor marks and flaws but generally very good colour and condition. Fine impression of the first state with Watanabe seal to right margin. |
