This is an unusual woodblock, like looking through a rain streaked window. By Koitsu, an image I have not seen anywhere else. Mr. Muller had the name written on a piece of paper with this print or I wouldn't know it's title. Publisher is Kawaguchi. Pristine condition, measures 11 3/4 by 16 inches.
Although you may be aware, a rare print of Koitsu from R.Muller collection is on sale at eBay #3258915208 as follows: Publisher: Kawaguchi Title:Nikko Futarasan Shrine (?? ?????) Carver & Printer:(maybe) Maeda (or Itou) or Komatsu I believe this print will be published at the same timeline as your print of Morigasaki Beach in your collection. Best regards, Tosh Doi
