These notes were written by the original owner/seller/auctioner of the item and may be inaccurate.: 		Artist: Takeji Asano (1900-1999) Japan
Title: Bamboo Grove of Saga, titled below the image.
The seals in the left margin appear to be: published by Tokyo Unsodo Han, carver Nagashima Michio, printer Niimi Saburo. First Edition margin dating unread, pre-1960, prior to the termination of cooperation between Asano and Unsodo. Unsodo "Un" watermark in the lower left corner of the paper.
Measurements: image 9.5 x 14.25 inches, paper 11 x 16 inches
Condition: good without damage or repair, with slight toning. Unframed.

Note: ACTUALLY THE GREENS HAVE MOSTLY FADED TO BLUE (SEE THE OTHER EXAMPLES OF THIS PRINT ON THIS SITE).		 This is a first edition strike.
