This is a very rare genuine original shin hanga bijin Japanese woodblock print by Koji Takane, titled "Hana no Ame" (Flower in Rain). The print was published by Daireisha circa 1930. The print is in fine condition. Extremely fine impression, excellent color, excellent registration, and excellent bleedthrough. No foxing, toning, folds or creases. The title and artists name are imbossed in katakana characters in the left margin. The print is not trimmed or setdown. There are two small pieces of white acid-free mounting tape affixed to the verso. This is one of the finest bijin ga prints that I have ever seen . The printer was able to get the rouge just right on the cheeks, the eye color is perfect. A shin hanga masterpiece,
