Bakufu,Ohno.Japanese Embossed Woodblock. 2 Flower Pints

Japanese woodblock prints with embossed flowers by Japanese artist Ohno Bakufu (1888-1976), showing rectangular seals in lower left margin, Japanese and English signatures within the image. There is some hand colouring on the leaves. For more detailed higher resolution photographs, please feel free to contact seller. Image size 9.5 x 14, Paper 10.5 x 15.5 inches. Glued top and bottom left to original paper matte (mount) which shows ageing, but surprisingly the prints are in excellent order. One has two marks in top and left margin. I would consider this pair of prints to have been produced between 1947 - 1953.
