These notes were written by the original owner/seller/auctioner of the item and may be inaccurate.:
Fuku Zukushi Huku Iku from the series Customs of the East by Chikanobu. Original Meiji era woodblock print date Meiji 22 (1889). Good condition. Some soiling and thin washi. Very nice color. Black lacquer printing adds to the details of this scene. Oban size measures 14.3 x 9.8 inches.

DATE: 1889.
SERIES: Azuma Fuzoku Huku Tsukushi; (Good Fortunes and varieties of Huku in Eastern Customs).
DESCRIPTION: Huki Iku; Plum Orchard.
PUBLISHER: Takegawa Unokichi.
CONDITION: Slight overall trimming, areas of thinning, otherwise good impression, colour and condition.
