Good texture and ink bleed through on fine Japanese washi. Pristine condition. Paper size is 16 by 10 and 3/4 inches. Wonderful details with typical Unsodo printer's "smudge" in right margin which will be easily mat out. Unsodo "Gei watermark" lower left margin corner. Signed Shiro, artist, Unsodo, publisher, Nagashima, carver and Morimitsu, printer. Excellent shading and ink bleed through. Genuine Japanese woodblock print. Undated. First published in 1954 this later impression from original blocks. Very quiet and peaceful rainy scene at shrine. | Artist: Shiro Kasamatsu.
