This original 10 x 15" print has has been mounted. The original matte was also mounted but has been removed w/o any damage to the image.
Although I cannot identify the artist, this print was purchased from the same estate as the Hasui I currently have for auction separately. I have attached a close up of the artist's seal along with what appears to be the printers marks along the left margin and would certainly appreciate any assistance in helping identify the artist/image.
The image ( approx 9.5" by 14 1/4") is in very good condition with lovely light color and very good registration. Note: The photos were all taken in daylight (or as close to it as we have right now in Seattle :) and appear a little bluer than in person. The small light spot in the lower left is a printing flaw and not damage to the paper. |
