This auction features a great original signed Japanese woodcut by Shiro Kasamatsu. This is a signed early work, dating to the late 1930's/early 40's and came out of a fine New York city estate. It bears all of the seals and signatures of the artist and publisher on the left side and lower right of the image and is signed in pencil in the lower right.
The full sheet size is 11" x 16". The image area is 9.5" x 14.25". The print is in EXCELLENT CONDITION with no foxing, damage or discoloration.
