A beautiful 20th century SHIN HANGA Japanese woodblock print by Kawano,Kaoru (1916-65)…titled "Girl on Tan B". Print on heavy hand made paper, has a tan woodgrain background with shiny mica scattered throughout…red artist stamp…title in pencil (in Janpanese) lower left margin. In verso is a large black and white stamp, I believe is the publishers stamp. MEASUREMENTS: 11 1/2"inches by 17" inches unmatted..		 Beautiful original woodblock print by well known contemporary Japanese artist Kaoru Kawano (1916-1965). Image size is 14 3/4 x 9 3/8 inches. This piece is in great condition and is professionally matted and framed to a size of 17 x 11 1/4 inches. The print has been freed of all tape which was used to keep it in place in the frame, though there is tape residue around edges of backside.
