These notes were written by the original owner/seller/auctioner of the item and may be inaccurate.: 		NINNAJI TEMPLE-GATE IN SNOW, by Nisaburo Ito, an artist who graduated from the Kyoto Art Company and was regarded back in the mid-1900's as a top artist for landscape and who opened his own stage in Wood Block prints. Published by the Uchida Art Co., Ltd. Kyoto, Japan. With "UCHIDA" water mark in lower right margin. The print bleeds through nicely and is in excellent condition. In its original presentation folder with its original card from the gallery.
 This is a very rare set of original painting (see below) and a trial proof (this item) of "Ninnaji Temple Gate in Snow". Beautifully rendered by the artist Nisaburo Ito and masterfully printed by the master printers and carvers in Uchida Publishing Company.
