Note that the Hasegawa publisher seal is horizontal, not vertical, on this print. Also, there is no Nishinomiya Yosaku seal in the lower right margin, so perhaps this print if from the 1910s early editions. |

Hasegawa catalog no. 1106 Wonderful Japanese woodblock by Koho. Large size of 10 by 15 1/4 inches. My scan is good but the real thing is breath taking. The gradation of colors is amazing. Looks like rain at night on the river with boats. Pristine condition, unframed. |
